Saturday, October 19, 2013 - CT Offline VI--San Antonio Edition (San Antonio, TX): Crisp, floral, citrus, notes of honeysuckle, lychee, honey, and wildflowers. Smooth, silky, really quite enjoyable. Good acidity that shows this one may have some more maturing to go. Drink now, or hold over the next several years prior to opening. May have a long life ahead of it operating at a high level.
