Wednesday, December 20, 2023 - Absolutely incredible on pop and pour. Pure Raveneau white burg heaven - haunting smoky yellow plum, green apple, seaspray, iodine, oyster shell. On the palate - waxy smoky salty yellow fruit. Incredible creamy/waxy texture yet buttressed by intense chalk and minerals. Finish goes on for days. Flirting with perfection.
