Thursday, October 13, 2011 - I wished well, that it is. Open and decanted, straw to golden yellow, nose of lime, mineral notes but above all dominated by butter and cream. Medium warm, soft good the acidity and saltiness that help to support the important structure of the wine. Long buttery final.
