Thursday, December 8, 2022 - Day 2 of my vertical. Yesterday the flamboyant 2006. I am doing the 2004 today and it is a totally different beast!! Much better structure than the 2006. This is elegant, loaded with orchard fruits, mandarins, slight tropical fruits, baked bread, jasmine. Good minerality, with a saline, sea shell character. just plain yum.
