Friday, November 12, 2021 - Friday night in November. Paired this wine with a Rabbit (first Rabbit of the 2021 hunting season with the help of a beagle named Zoey) De-boned stuffed saddle, rabbit meatballs and de-boned rabbit legs all served with dijon mustard sauce. The wine was really fantastic. Much more so than my previous trial as previously noted. Loved it. We just commented that at this price point for a Grand Cru we should buy a couple more cases.
