Sunday, February 28, 2010 - Nice bright color, with aromas of raspberry ganache and garrigue, developing a nice peperry undertone with air. Very well-balanced, with spice, red fruit -- raspberry & cherry, and licorice flavors on the palate. Presents itself well across the palate, ending with an impressively long, balanced finish.
