Sunday, May 6, 2012 - lovely garnet colour with classic 'garrigue' nose. Soft tannins beautifully in balance with plum fruits on the palate. Not the most impressively complex CdP compared to say 1989 Beaucastel but very enjoyable with Roast Lamb.
