Sunday, April 24, 2011 - Easter Sunday aperitif, pale gold colour, toffee apple with a touch of salinity on the nose. On the palate, lovely hint of orange marmalade - if you could reduce this to syrup, you could put it on toast. Delicious fruit, a slightly salty finish and some apple at the end, wonderfully refreshing, still early in its evolution. Love this for what it is, but it will clearly get better.
