Sunday, September 29, 2019 - Drank this with my spouse at New Ubin Seafood (Tampines). The boss, SM Pang, joined us for a drink.
Dark purple with rich plums and blue berries. Full of flavours but light on complexity. Some oaky and smokey aroma. Complimented the rib-eye steak very well.
