Tuesday, August 8, 2023 - Very classic and rather oldschool. Cherry, cranberry, orange, cinnamon, violet, dairy. Acid driven palate with tart red fruit and firm tannins. A food wine. Anything but a crowdpleaser. Will be a lot better in five years' time. Drink now - 2036. I wish more producers would aim at this style of Chianti Classico.
