Saturday, April 27, 2019 - Tasted at a local wine shop with the winemaker/owner who is an American woman from NYC. Slightly translucent medium to dark garnet. Nose has florals, vanilla spice and earthy cherry. Palate has good structure with medium tannin and acidity. Palate is a little muddy but in a good way with cherry and lots of minerals. Finish is a bit short and tart.
