Monday, July 25, 2022 - Excellent Riesling, hints of sweet with acidity, balanced and complex.
Honeysuckle, green apple, mineralogy, acidity, finishes with some pineapple and a touch of lemon. Very complex and aged beautifully. A

7/28/2022 12:53:00 PM - i had it with grilled octopus it brought out the char in the octopus, which was lovely. With the scallops and risotto, brought out the sweetness of the scallops. While it’s a little bit of sweet, i won’t pair it with overly spicey food as it would overwhelm the flavors of the wine. It would pair well with seafood.
