Friday, January 22, 2021 - powerfull version of the rieslings of Mosell Saar, with still a big amount od SO2 there :) nose of sulfur reduction mixed with exotic ripe fruits, I think of a big bright sauv blanc from sancerre there... A la Dagueneau... palate is tight and sharp with a strong body to it in the mid palate. long and stylish finish... a baby wine on its way of greater time for sure. need to try that in 5/8 years from now...
