Thursday, September 2, 2021 - An underwhelming vintage. Still a fine wine was crafted.

Loads of Pauillac graphite and savoury earth. Moderate intensity and body, exhibiting some herbaceous and just ripe.blackfruits and it already has some tea, leather and tobacoo notes. Polished and linear but a bit lean and short. Not a showy Lafite at all, on the lighter side. Elegant and complex though. It might just needs time.

97% CS, 2.5% Merlot, 0.5% PV
