Tuesday, July 25, 2023 - Lovely aroma of blueberry, black tea, star anise, cinnamon, roasted meat, black olives, licorice.
On the palate, first boil of black tea（英红9号头啖汤的味道）, red plum. Impressive flavor intensity with medium plus finish. The alcohol is not shy but still well balanced by high acidity and fruits.
