Sunday, September 11, 2022 - Nice, but possibly opened a bit early. This probably had another 10-15 years ahead of it, but we were having superb Prime Cap Rib-eye Steaks, and I got carried away and opened this. No worries. I really liked it, and it complemented the marbling of the ribeye really nicely.
