Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - Tasting at Château d'Yquem. Clear gold. Aromatic nose. Peach, apricots, jasmine, honeysuckle, acacia. Pleasant sweetness. Very young and fresh character. Good acidity. Long lingering finish. Winemaking style focuses on the freshness, which makes dÝquem stand out.
