Friday, January 24, 2020 - 2017 UGC Des Bordeaux, San Francisco, one of my go to Sauternes, nose of honey, Double Delight Rose fragrance, and Chinese apple, on the palate, medium/big body, very tasty, almost elegant, delicious, shows good acid, needs 3 years to peak, lovely fruit and mouth feel, long finish.
