Monday, November 27, 2023 - (Disgorged in 2018, (Disgorged in spring of 2018, 100% Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Chouilly and Oiry, dosage 6,5 gr/l)
Lovely nose showing baked bread, minerals and candied lemons in a delicious way and opening up with some ginger spicy notes a gentle creaminess covering it all with time in the glass. Smoothing lime citrus acidity on the maturing palate still focused on minerals and freshness. So lovely right now, but will reward further cellaring for sure!
