Saturday, October 3, 2020 - Packed with potential. Aromas explode with the pull of the cork. I get lots of apple/pear on the nose, with a barest hint of honeycomb. Good acidity that sneaks up on you, and seemed more pronounced the second night. I love these wines when they have some age on them, opening this was just a frivolity, and the others will be comfortable in the cellar for quite some time.
