Tuesday, October 31, 2023 - Golden colour. Somewhat muted nose, of butterscotch and roasted apples. Medium to full in body, with lovely acidity. A somewhat creamy feel and notes of vanilla and lemon curd. Very enjoyable to drink, and I feel will only improve from here, and last a while longer.
