Saturday, December 9, 2023 - Deep black cherries, anise, baking spice, tobacco and cedar. Outstanding acidity; it really balances the big fruit and aged wood perfectly while maintaining its medium-bodied profile from start to finish. Excellent on day-1 but even better on day-2.
