Saturday, November 6, 2021 - Tremendous. As I tasted the ex voto, I expected that was the best of the night — and yet, this managed to outpace it ever so slightly based on a better integration of the oak. Beautiful flavor profile shows rich white peach, pear, and flowers. Long finish. Perhaps the biggest finding from the whole tasting — I need to drink more Hermitage Blanc — I always enjoy it and yet rarely drink it.
