Thursday, October 7, 2021 - Had this with Meal, Pavillon, Clos and Greffieux. If one would want to describe this wine I would choose Chinese ink as a descriptor. Serious but with generous fruit at the same time. Iron fist in a velvet glove would work perfect here. Lots of crushed rocks and blackberry/cassis and iron. Needs a good 20 years to hit its potential.
