Tuesday, November 3, 2020 - Nose is spicy and bright bright red fruit. Body is awash with crisp acid. Palate is a lot more of those spices, primarily nutmeg, maybe some cardamom. With the acid, the red fruit comes out as cranberry. Finish aerates the acid, but it’s soft, so it warms through the finish.
