Friday, March 15, 2024 - Heater week; 3/8/2024-3/17/2024 (Chicago, IL): I've not tended to be a fan of this wine, but it was a good deal better than a few other recent iterations I've had. There's more flesh to the bones here, and this shows plumpness to the chardonnay fruit that some of the other vintages have missed. Fairly open and accessible already, this actually brings me back to an era when I liked the wines a fair bit more than I do today (and that's a palate shift issue).
