Thursday, August 8, 2013 - Hart Davis Hart Summer Champagne Tasting (City Winery - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Robust fruit with toasted brioche hints. Dense and powerful on plate, well textured and energetic, hints of citrus on finish. Very good, but to me not quite worth the price premium over the sensational "regular" DP 1996.
