Sunday, November 30, 2014 - This wine needed a lot of time to show up. In the beginning it was an acid monster, full of brioche and.. well acid. But at the end of the night it really came out of its shell, a hugely powerful dense champagne with brilliant intensity. Awesome awesome wine with just so much life ahead of it.
