Saturday, July 31, 2021 - Nose: cranberry, cherry, licorice, tar, dried flowers and hints of barnyard. Taste: mostly red fruit, cherry, pomegranate, and strawberry. Long dried red fruit finish.

Pointed, with persistent acid and tannins. The fruit starts juicy and ripe and then the tannins kick in and dry the fruit out. Kind of cool.

This will benefit from additional age.
