Monday, March 18, 2024 - First EP Trebbiano so I don't know if it's supposed to be this way or if it's flawed. Grilled lemon, apricot, kitchen herbs, and apple cider vinegar nose. It feels a little natty, even has a little bit of spritz. Saline and quinine bitterness on the finish. Not quite what I was expecting.
