Friday, March 20, 2015 - PnP, thinner/light bodied, some bricking. Glyceric. Bitter notes on a thinning profile, the fruit is fading on the finish at 10 years out. Charry, jammy nose of cranberry, pomegranate, slightly vegetal. Some very high/late notes of cherries. A bit lean on the structure, though the acidity keeps it somewhat lively. Fading quickly, drink up and drink in one setting. Meh, a bit stale and tart on day two under vac-u-vin, showing a combination of sour and stewed plum.
