Saturday, October 23, 2021 - Decanted 48 hours. Tasted blind alongside '16 & '17 Cockburn VP, '16 & '17 Dow VP, and '17 Taylor's VP. Each one could probably be a point higher because the palate got blasted.
Great fruit and a long beautiful finish. Gorgeous mouth-feel, best of the night alongside the 17 Dow's. More initial fruit than the 2017 Taylor, but not nearly as bold and powerful, and maybe slightly less balance than either Dow's.
Really young but beautiful.
