Wednesday, February 14, 2024 - Dark ruby pour. Nose is modest with red fruit and a little alcohol. Dry and nicely balanced on the palate, with baking spices and warm earth. Long saline finish. Elegant, pure expression of terroir without interference from oak. Great bottle. For a little more $ I’d opt for Les Rugiens from same domaine - just a bit more complex and sturdy, but both are superb.
