Likes this wine:

Tuesday, April 13, 2021 - A bit shy on the nose at first. Lithe red fruits, herbs, black tea, and a bit of crush rocks on the nose. Good density and depth on the palate, plenty of acidity and a long mineral-laden finish. Good wine that needs a lot of time in bottle to unfurl. Drink from 2030 onwards

ABV: 13.5%
Closure: natural cork
Decant: 1h
Assemblage: 100% destemmed. 20 months in oak, 30% new. About 2k bottles produced.
Stem: Grassl Cru
