Saturday, March 8, 2014 - Pleasant surprise! The last bottle we tried seemed it may have been over the hill 2 years ago but this bottle, when opened an hour before a lamb chop dinner, paired and showed extremely well with nice balance, complexity and texture. This was a top Aussie export back then and confirmed it. There may still be hope for my last bottle in the cellar.
