Sunday, December 20, 2015 - Cheval Blanc Vertical Tasting (Old Swiss House, Lucerne, Switzerland): Mature brick red. Nose was dominated by leather and mushroom notes. Good length but too much acidity. Dry and just one dimensional. Drink now
