Sunday, July 25, 2021 - If you drink it soon, the wine needs a decant as it took a couple hour to come together.

Otherwise, once the oak integrated, it was a nice mix of black cherry, cassis, and bitter cherry along with tobacco, earth, and oak notes on a svelte frame. Just enough acidity to keep it fresh.

This wine is just entering its prime drinking window, drink now-2026
