Saturday, December 9, 2023 - Opened at Octavium in HK. Slow-oxed and served blind.

This completely blindsided me, as I guessed Left Bank Bordeaux from the late 80s or early 90s. Still fresh, with decent (if admittedly fading) fruit and still some tannins to back it up. Wow, what a wonderful condition for this bottle! Just shows that if provenance and storage are right, then wines really can last a long time.
