(see my previous note); the tasting was Tuesday, May 16 and I had to leave the mostly empty bottles at the restaurant as I was by bike. Saturday evening I could retaste a small remaining glass (four days later and stored without a cork!) and wow, even better, rounder, still very fresh, more depth (no depot); amazing, but 'Those were the days'! The Pichon-Baron, only a wet bottom, was nearly as good as on Tuesday.
