Sunday, July 27, 2008 - I decanted the wine and took a sip. The nose was non-existant and the wine is very tight. Two hours later: the wine is good, not great. The nose is smoky, raisins and a bit of earth. The finish is slight, soft tannis. A good chianti, not great. I think the wine is at maturity. Consume it now.
