Sunday, January 9, 2022 - One of few winter weekends when I was craving for white juice and I am happy I found this one, also a great pair with chicken and veggies wok with teriyaki sauce. Pale golden colour with green hue. Medium intensity mineral aroma of petrol, wet stone, lemon peel, apricots, floral and honeyed nuances. Palate is fresh, fragrant and mirroring aroma with heavy mineral profile which goes in balance with fruity green flavours and zesty juicy acidity.
