Sunday, August 16, 2020 - Muted nose. Candied peaches, pears, acidity on the palate. Could be more mineral. Barest hint of honey just starting to show. At very beginning of its drinking window and much more integrated than my last bottle 6 months ago.

Nice pairing with a grilled peach/mozzarella/candied pistachio salad.
