Thursday, August 27, 2020 - Orange marmalade, honeyed apricot, pomelo, wild oats. Creamy, viscous texture, but bright, like honey lemonade. Gorgeous acid on the midpalate. Excellent mineral tinged finish, with florals and beeswax. This is drinking well, but will last easily through the decade. 25-30 year old vines primarily from parcels neighboring the top hillside sites, but also includes a pre-selection of fruit from Kiedrich Klosterberg and Gräfenberg. All stainless. 52.7 g/l RS. 750 cases made.
