Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Garnet color with orange/copper rim. Aromas of tart cherry and cranberry with robust herbal notes. Volcanic rock, wild mushrooms, and savory herbs. Medium body and acidity with blossoming tertiary notes. Drinking beautifully right now.
