Thursday, June 25, 2015 - Opened and strained out sediment. Light floral nose, smooth easy drinking with fruit still there, but not overly strong. For a wine this age, stored in less than perfect conditions I was very happy, as were the 3-4 people who shared this wine with me. Went very well with the cheese plate and slow cooked pulled pork dish!
