Saturday, February 9, 2019 - In short, very clean style of natural wine. Very clear golden color. Dry, citrusy, short finish. Pretty neutral, hint of oxidized apple, plus maybe calamansi. If this were fizzy, it could be a clean, dry Champagne. 87~88/100.
