Saturday, May 4, 2019 - Very pleasant if not particularly exciting. Needs to open up just a bit but nose is grassy with lime, peach and apricot notes. Palate is very mineral with more grassy and limey notes and a nice medium-long acidic finish. Very Sauvignon blanc-ish in most ways, but maybe with just a bit more body. Perfect wine for a summer day by the pool.
