Taseted June 5, 2006 at Mercy Wine Bar in Addison, TX with PurpleHaze, wine+art, just a skosh and PURPLE. Opened and served immediately. Difficult to determine color in the abient lighting but appeared to be light yellow to yellow color, clear hue throughout with fine to medium beads. Nose of brioche, citrus fruits and maybe some pears. Yeasty flavors of fresh bread plus some citrus fruits on the palate. Good balance overall with a light and refreshing presence on the palate. Ready to drink now. Based on an estimated current retail price approaching $90.00 and up I’d say the value here is acceptable.
