Thursday, July 10, 2014 - Golden-yellow colour.
The nose shows Deep oily notes of honey.
The palate is smooth of silk with a nice long buttery finish.
Exotic notes as weill of course, and very mature. Still perfect with a bit more 'heavy' fish like the grilled spicy salmon we had.
