Thursday, November 24, 2011 - Very nice nose of plum jam, modest alcohol forward fruit. Cherry, plum and boysenberry on the palate with a very soft glycerine mouth feel. It went very well with pork roast, and braised short ribs equally well. Pretty much coming into its own, it will last a while longer but is drinking well now. Stood up to wines costimg 2-3 times as much including a 1988 Rhone.
